Lincoln Park, Chicago: This store was opened in one of Chicago’s most affluent neighborhoods. Here we committed as a team to the continual pursuit of Pristine People (1st) Product and Presentation. Many of our donors donated high end labels that were worn for literally one special occasion. We capitalized on their generosity and established our Upscale Resale Boutique with an average ticket exceeding well over fifteen dollars.
We moved this powerful group of talented, hard working and dedicated Latinx associates from a multi-level, drafty, rat infested building in West Humboldt Park to this renewed property just around the corner where with great pride, they set the highest standard of dignity in their pursuit of Pristine People (1st) Product and Presentation by establishing the new image of thrift on Grand Avenue. (Even after a long night of dancing to the American Mariachi Band). The store has succeeded in maintaining that level of pride and performance to date. So proud of that team! (Hair by Moi)
